1. Shipping Methods
We offer Standard shipping option:
Delivery within 1-2 working days (except for islands and remote areas).
Shipping times may be shorter for orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on weekdays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping: €7.00 for orders up to €69.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over €69.
3. Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday - Friday) within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can check the status of your package at any time.
5. Deliveries in Italy
We deliver throughout Italy, including the major and minor islands, for an additional €3.00. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, especially for remote areas or islands. A surcharge may apply for deliveries to remote areas.
6. Return Policy
If you need to return a product, please see our Return Policy for more details on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
